Abstract

The educational infrastructure is composed of elements in which the individuals who participate in the teaching and learning processes interact directly every day, so they must be in acceptable conditions. In this document, we present the results related to the category of infrastructure, of the quantitative stage of an institutional research: "Multigrade Schools in the state of Chihuahua. An interpretative approach ". Conducted by the academic body of Education and Diversity of the Research and Teaching Center, with a mixed methodological focus. The objective intends to describe the material conditions in which the federalized multigrade primary schools of the state of Chihuahua, regarding their infrastructure. The results reflect the description of the opinions of the teaching staff in charge of the management of said schools, rescued through the survey applied to this personnel. Most of the elements considered in this research are in good and regular conditions. Of the total elements analyzed, 28 percent are in regular and bad conditions, shown accordingly by the results. Likewise, most of the mentioned institutions do have several of the facilities, services, and materials mentioned in this research, however, there’s a lacking in televisions and media players, latrines, railings, solar cells, telephone service, internet service, among others.
